Beneath the Worry is a 4-week course for parents, educators, and helping professionals that brings a fresh developmental lens to anxiety in kids. Instead of managing symptoms, you’ll learn how to understand anxiety at its roots—as the body’s alarm system—and discover relational, insight-based ways to help children find rest.
Deborah MacNamara, PhD, is a counsellor, educator, and developmentalist on faculty at the Neufeld Institute. Author of Rest, Play, Grow and Nourished, she helps parents, educators, and professionals make sense of kids through a relational and developmental lens—believing adults are a child’s best bet.
